My interest in mental health took root at a very young age when I witnessed a loved one grapple with psychological challenges. This early exposure stirred a deep sense of empathy within me and sparked a desire to understand the human mind more profoundly.

Driven by this curiosity and a genuine need to help, I embarked on my formal academic journey in psychology in 2015, enrolling in an undergraduate program at the University of Delhi. Among the many subjects I explored, clinical psychology resonated with me the most, capturing both my fascination and commitment.

This passion guided me to pursue a Master’s degree, followed by an M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from the National Forensic Sciences University.

Presently, I am serving as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist at Vimhans Hospital, where I work with adolescents, young adults, couples, and families. My practice involves evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions, comprehensive psychological assessments, and facilitating psychoeducational workshops.
